The Teresa Cutter Naked Chocolate Cake

The Teresa Cutter Naked Chocolate Cake

It’s the Easter long weekend and I decided not to indulge in buying commercial Easter eggs but seeing an endless stream of chocolatey treats on your Facebook feed is hard to take, so this afternoon, I whipped up a batch of the Teresa Cutter Naked Chocolate Cake recipe and made cupcakes. They’re light & airy and mild in flavour in both the chocolate area and in sweetness.

It’s not my recipe to share, so you can CLICK HERE to read it, but we do have virtually all of the ingredients in the organic food section of our store.

Shopping List

You will need cacao powder, coconut flour, gluten free baking powder (it’s coming soon from Bobs Red Mill) himalayan salt, cinnamon, organic honey or organic maple syrup, vanilla bean powder or vanilla bean paste and coconut oil plus some organic eggs from the supermarket.

Note: we’re currently unable to source organic vanilla bean powder. The Loving Earth version is unavailable until further notice. The Nui is available in the Wild Harvest only.

I'm gluten free & refined sugar free, easy to mix in a bowl with a fork and bake in about 20 minutes flat!
